Located near the beach, this hotel offers a great escape for solo female travellers. the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the bathroom is well-maintained and equipped with towels and toiletries. the breakfast buffet is delicious and diverse with plenty of options. There is also a spa, gym, and pool to enjoy.

The hotel has a tendency to overbook, creating stress.

During our Christmas stay, we experienced some early positives. The holiday food was fantastic and we received warm greetings from the hotel staff. We also enjoyed the convenient location, being just a short walk to the beach and local attractions.

Our experience turned sour when we were informed that our pre-booked hotel rooms were overbooked and we had to be relocated to a sub-par hotel nearby. The management was unprofessional and unhelpful in resolving the situation.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was wonderful, with top-notch treatments. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa lounge were all amazing, and the beauty treatments were a real treat. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and the beach access was a bonus.

The only minor issue was with the live entertainment, which was a bit lacklustre. this did not affect our overall experience at the hotel, which was amazing.

During our New Year stay, we were delighted with the evening entertainment and the indoor pool was also a great plus. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to the main shopping area and had easy access to public transportation. the Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel was strong which made it easier to stay connected with family and friends back home.

the staff was unprofessional and rude in handling the situation, leaving us with no choice but to stay at a nearby hotel that was not up to our expectations.
